Legal Requirements
The data of the driver cards must be
read and archived at the latest every 28
days, the vehicle data at the latest after 90 days.
These deadlines must not be exceeded, or a review may lead to
considerable fines.
The following times must be recorded:

Driving times,

all other working periods,
-
driving breaks and
-
daily and weekly rest periods.
The data of the driver card and that of the
mass memory of the digital tachograph are
automatically read out, archived and analysed
with our solution, so that you are in possession of all legally
required data.
Manual download of tachograph data becomes redundant and you can
access all data and legally compliant reports at
any time - no matter where your vehicles or

Setup
The commissioning of the card reader is very easy.
All you need is a power connection and internet - either via network cable (RJ-45) or via Wi-Fi.
The integrated touch screen guides you comfortably through the initial setup.
An intuitive and easy-to-understand interface
shows you at a glance which data has been
automatically downloaded and whether all
required data is available.
In the month overview, you can see this at a glance.
Of course, you can also examine the stored data in detail and view
the details of the activity data, events or technical
data downloaded.
Even retrieving the data – individually or in a package as a zip file
– is easily possible. This way, you can easily share data as needed or
analyse and process it additionally in other systems.
The management of unconnected or older vehicles is also possible and
tachograph data can be uploaded for
archiving and analysis.
